They claim to have strong work ethics, but they don’t follow them, you will not receive any overtime pay. The way they act like as if it's a big multinational company, what they actually are is totally shi**y company with low pay grade, they want you to work extra hours but they will not say that straight forward. Increment is like 2-3 % . This company is not even registered, you don't get any benefits not even a insurance. Most of the employees are frustrated here, lots of politics here. Very bad management, the main ceo of the company is some foreigner guy who don't even talk to it's employees, shi**y attitude, shi**y company. Learning for new video editors in the American wedding sector Permanent wfh scenario, flexible time (you decide when you want to work most of the time). Timings are fixed but you can work at your convenience. Job security for any role other than photo and video editors
