I had an excellent experience with biz2credit. the manager is incredibly helpful and provide valuable guidelines throughout the process. the appraisal is thorough and accurate and the incentives offered are very motivating. what stood out most is how the team consistently pushed me to grow and succeed. highly recommended biz2credit anyone looking for reliable business financing support.

Worst company to work with. No appraisals, no incentives , top managment is poor. No training. Totally focused on the sales team and awarding just the sales team. No medical protection, HR policies are just to show that they care about the employees but all fake.

Dislikes

Worst company to work with if ur joining at an entry level. No appreciation, Weak HR policies when it comes to protect the employee, Incentives are only on paper but actually only sales people get it. No career growth. Just putting money on Infrastructure and Sales team.

I am a physically challenged in this company and I have never ever found any challange in the organization on the contrary Manager, Deepak Tyagi is such a nice human being. I have seen him going to employee's family death rituals and going to hospital to look after. This is called truly employee centric companies. I have worked in many big organizations in the past these companies are employee centric only on paper just to show thier brand value off the paper these companies are like dictator. This company is not good for the people who do not like work otherwise everything is excellent here.
