Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

This is a 100% fake company.They sent me an offer letter of another company ( for Hyderabad location and they told we are shifting company to madhapur . complete remote ). If we ask them they told like we changed the company name.within 2 days how will they change company name and why. No official website, official mail id . There main target is fresher/interns. Even they will not provide any salary. Even HR s Dont know completely about company it seems there is no proper planning. They will assign tasks collect work related documents and remove you. Trainer will say iam just trainer here,next day he said I have partnership and finally on the third day he mentioned he is the CEO. They will not give colleagues contacts . They will give only team lead number. There is no communication with other colleagues. No one knows how many employees are working. They require only puppets not good working candidates. There is no official formalities . When I asked for reason Hr is not responding at all.and trainer is like wait let me think a reason .... They will mention monday to friday are working days but they asks you to work on weekends also . If you question them they will remove you. They removed more than 5 people before me without any proper reason after getting their work done. Don't join this company....Read More
