Bits Info Services has served gold in my career. Besides some friendly colleagues, the space has enhanced my content writing skills excellently. The co-founder, Mr. Subhajit Saha, is a kind-hearted person. I have seen people resigning their posts and later returning to the very same positions. Yes, Mr. Saha is that empathetic and genuine to have offered a second chance to these personnel. Although the daily target is 4000 words, Mr. Saha does not restrict his employer with strict deadlines. He simply and clearly states if and when there's a deadline. Even if a client abuses you for minor mistakes in your content, Mr. Subhajit Saha does the best to handle the situation correctlt. For workaholic individuals, you get a chance to improve your productivity by earning incentives. I have seen my colleagues doing truckload of incentives but unfortunately I could not utilise this opportunity due to some personal issues. But all throughout my journey at BITS, everyone starting from my coworkers, juniors, seniors, and bosses, especially Subhajit Sir have supported me immensely. BITS gives you a target that manu freshers would find difficult to meet. But for professionals, working at BITS is super amazing. I would say that the flexible work timing acts both as a boon and a bane. Besides, some team members may give you negative vibes. Another advantage of working with the company is the alternative Saturdays. Had I been gotten a chance to select it, I would vote for all Saturdays off. Career growth is decent but it would have been better if the salary structure was more impressive. If you join the company, please convince your boss to take such initiatives. You have to serve 1 month of notice period after you send your resignation. But don't worry about the documents, your boss will deliver it on time after your notice period....Read More

The Bits office in Kolkata is a terrible place to work. The work culture is abysmal. Mr. Subhajit Saha is one of the main stakeholders here and he is a sly and cold opportunist whose only motive is to extract the work from the employees with peanuts in the name of salary or compensation. He has 0 empathy for them and do not expect any cooperation or understanding from his side ever. They don't even have an HR and employee wellbeing is a joke to them. You can only expect exploitation as they can call you @12 at night for content requirements and then criticize you at the first opportunity that they get. But yes, you do learn the tricks of the trade here and can be lucky to get a good team. Most of the new joiners are forced to write positive reviews of the company and so don't get baffled by that. In these recession times, take the job only if you have to and learn the art of content as much as you can and then run away at the first opportunity you get....Read More

Flexible Timing: No error. Flexible timing is the best and worst part of this office. Be ready to receive call from "boss" during weekends and even at midnight. Incompetent Employer/employers. (Read exploiters) Terrible Infrastructure. Inhumane word count which you need to complete even if there's an apocalypse. Terrible payscaleIf the client, for whatsoever reason, rejects your content, the amount will be deducted from your salary. You will need to work on most of the national holidays. terrible ethics from company owners. i had a months salary deducted , stolen more likely because i left before 6 monthes when it is clearly stated in my appointment letter that that kind of right only applies if i leav before 3 monthes, within first few days, targets was literally shoved down my throat. they do not even compensate for high quality work and still demand quantity even if the work given requires quality and time and you cant even compromise on quality. end result = i started hating doing what i loved the most ---> composing and writing. i however did learn few things....Read More
