Nothing, I like nothing about this place except the PGT Staff I was working with but only the staff not the academic head and other managerial person.

Dislikes

I dislike everything which includes literally everything, from all the management personnel to junior staff and academic head. Only the PGT Staff was working and coordinating with me in proper manner.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
