This company is not secured job, there is possibility to change region like North to South, or west to east. If we said not possible to HR due to family reason. HR directly tell to resign. You will have to work for company by spending your own money for the project accomodation and foods. Then later they will pay you accordingly their rules . If you haven't shown bill you won't be getting your own money . Except that they will cut it from your salary

Spending own money first for travel food and stay wherever they send in country. Nobody will respond you immediately if you are in trouble in othere cities
