Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No growth, minimal company support, no vision/mission, directionless and hit and trial method applied. Working style changes with every new sales head who is inducted every year from outside and knows nothing about BT working. Mediocrity at its highest. Zero new learning and employees are made scapegoats for the incompetency at the top. Employees are stuck due to slow and stalled job market resulting from degrowing economy and Covid induced slowdown otherwise people would have left the company long ago. On an average 15 days accumulated salary is released every 2 months(7 days a month) and company has not paid salary since March 2020 and expenses since July 2019. RH and equivalent position employees are giving threats every now and then for making employees resign as they are aware about no jobs in tyre industry. Old employees(more than 7-8 years with company) have no other work but to collude with orher old employees and play politics and making the new employees suffer.
