The Best thing about working here and makes it different from other different cement industries is that it's care about there people and does not pressurise to work extra hours.MP Birla creates a healthy and friendly environment to work on. It also provides a job security.

Dislikes

It's does not involves its employees in sports activities and doesn't take care in case of food also(Like quality of food offers here is 🤮).

As per my observation accept higher level of management..every ground level officer like sales executive,sr.officer,assistant manager has left company within 11 month or 1.5 year.
