Company culture is good. Only worst thing is employees get increment very late. Company cuts 3 months arrears. They don't pay PF from company side, they will deduct both side pf from your salary and will fool govt.

Management on day to day basis harasses professionals by giving existential threats, most likely it will extend confirmation period (in 80% cases), promotes favouritism (known folks will get hired at higher designation, salary -I know in of the cases the question asked was - 'hope all is well in your family').
