There are lot of underqualified aged people who got job 30 years back with somebody's reference , they influence higher authority bieng marwadi or oriya and destroy career of new comers doing extreme bad politics, brain washing higher authority, ill reputing new comers.

Very poor, they treat new comers specially contractual as slaves expecting them to work for 24 hrs, no reward, no recognition, even they made be work with covid after that lieing to higher authority that i have taken 15 days leave for covid

Salary on time. Good place to work when your retirement is near. You will get extension further after retirement if your approach to HO personalities is good.

Initially, the company was good to work for and had a supportive environment, but now the same is deteriorating day by day. With the joining of the new MD, the company is now primarily focusing on showing off. Declining Work Environment, Slow Work Culture, Primary Focus on Timely Attendance Over your Work, Preference for Retired Personnel Over Young Talent, Biased Appraisal System

You are the guest of only 10-11 month here after that company already start to harras you to put resignation

It is just like Lala ki dukan. At the time of interveiw,they show you a professional company and our bright future. After the joining they will harras you. As per my observation accept higher level of management..every ground level officer like sales executive,sr.officer,assistant manager has left company within 11 month or 1.5 year. This observation seen in Maharashtra only.
