Neat and clean plant. Housekeeping is very good.

Dislikes

Some people have lots of work load & some people are doing just time pass or fun. Means their is no evaluation of work load. Doing job their means something is better than nothing...till get another better opportunity. That's it..!

It was very nice to work with Birla Century....I learned so many thing about my profession and it was very very exciting job for me.Ithink who will joined this company definitely he will learn so many things about work and life......

Dislikes

I liked each and every thing..there qas nothing that can be disliked..In fact Birla Century is one of best company that one can join to make his/her future bright and secure

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
