There was nothing to like about since the day i had worked in the company.
Dislikes
No work appreciation how much you work hard for the company
No salary increment till the date i worked say almost 5years.
Only favourates staff are given all priorities week off sick leaves tympass and the work they wanna do
All the senior management are ex staff of jet nw who dont knw abc of staff handling all what they will do is just fool around.
If you become anyones favourate then only you will be prioritize and will be given growth so u need to be a spoon of someone
One who are quite and disciplined are treated like their own servant
Many more things..
