There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not as per performance basis even career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

It just depends on which team/Airlines you will be selected for..And bird works for any good airlines. I worked in Cathay team .

I just don't dislike anything..i just want some improvements .. Like fast promotions and increments on the basis of performance.

Worst experience.
Dislikes
Duty hours are regularly got increased, didnt get Overtime pay up to the mark as its to low, didnt respect individual effort at all. Always short on staff even in dedicated airline. Appraisal are not there at right time at all. They Never increase salary as well as ur designation. Allseniors didn't take staff problems seriously. Even for the resignation they didn't consider at once. They just call u again and again for the same. Even they didn't approve the annual leaves as its the right of employees. Even they didn't transfer u in other airlines if u r not comfortable. Also u will never get appraised by single person. Staff over there always play politics from junior to senior they just take their respective positions as a granted. What ever the Seniors feel they do according to their convenience.
There is much more to say but i Don't think that this much will also gonna improve.
