Have huge market challenges as company didn't do settlements on time, customers doesn't have good opinion on the brand, etc... which impacts my professional life in Bira91, which I've taken as learning and now I'm experienced how to handle these kind of issues in future. Work life balance is good.
Many to say. 1. Leadership team is worst and had to be changed else company and brand will sink for sure. On a precise note, company pays their employees decent, but most of the leaders find comfort zones and doesn't do proper planning and no proper strategies too. 2. CEO who is founder of the company too, recruit top management employees from well established companies by providing falsifying commitments and proposals which leads them down at initial phase itself. And then they will lookout other jobs. 3. Ideas, vision everything seems to awesome only during leadership presentation but in reality employees from bottom to top level struggles a lot. 4. Upfront any one in the system at any departments of the company can see dictatorship culture. 5. Top Management people who joined doesn't like the company too but their legs are tied as company provided ESOP's and there is a vetting period which impacts if they leave the organisation that's the catch. 6. You can able see that company will be giving higher designation to the recent joiners but failed to check their competency. 7. Many employees who joined Bira91 are from famous brands like TATA, Pepsi, coca-cola, Pidilite, Zomato, Swiggy, Unilever, P&G, Asian Paints, Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance, etc... regretted later that they left well organised companies with good culture and values. B9 Beverage is a good company and very good working culture time to time employee training was very wonderful and HR manager always ready to help our employees This was very good experience with B9 Beverage and this is my wonderful time was working with B9

No punch in punch out Work life balance coz of no work. The company doesnt have money to purchase ingredients for its beer let alone any marketing activities.
- Salary inconsistency. Sometimes its delayed by 1 week, sometimes 2 weeks. - Variable pay delay: Was delayed by over 2-3 months this time - Company is going in major loss. There are crores of debts on the company. Funding comes and goes in few days. The company has no vision. - Upper management is a big issue in most departments.They expect you to work on weekends, work long hours and not listen to you. - HR is not supportive at all. They will say speak to your manager directly for anything. - There is no place in the HO to sit. There are people who have to sit at the reception coz there are no chairs inside. Almost 60% people from Head Office have resigned in past 2-3 months and I wont be surprised if the company shuts down anyday....Read More
