My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Work culture is poor; did not find any accountability of teaching learning process; lack of work cuture among staff; too many holidays; poorplacements; students are not cared much; seats for admission remain vacant.

Dislikes

I had very pathetic experience as I was terminated from my contractual teaching service for no valid reason! Recruitment for regular post was not fare; teaching is never the priority.
