Work culture is poor; did not find any accountability of teaching learning process; lack of work cuture among staff; too many holidays; poorplacements; students are not cared much; seats for admission remain vacant.

Dislikes

I had very pathetic experience as I was terminated from my contractual teaching service for no valid reason! Recruitment for regular post was not fare; teaching is never the priority.
