Great opportunity to learn because employees get exposure and view of stream they are working for. Its a corporate office not kike BPO where you do only 2-3tasks with no exposure of full process.

Don't expect work and life balance. Don't get time for family and friends. After completing shifts at office you have to attend meetings in the night with coordinators in USA. Due to this schedule there is no work and life balance. Also there is no transperancy, you might have different information of calendar holidays as compare toother employees. No exploration in the knowledge. Endless task that never to end. Due to this you can't get the chance to learn other department works so that you can explore your knowledge and grow in your career. Working in such department (Licensing) sounds like it is kind of RTO department but its work is totally different. Means you can't explain anyone what exactly this department works. There is no such department with this name in any Indian company. So it is a big challenge that you will find a suitable job profile for you after working in this department. The work will end with the shift hours is still a dream. Everyday you have to stretch 1 or 2 hours to complete your given taks. Company is very much serious about their meetings. They discuss in the meeting that what they have to discuss in the upcoming meeting and this will not count in your productivity....Read More

There is a lala baniya type work culture here. No job security. job satisfaction is very poor. No Promotion here. Promotion process is terrible👎 The old employees are working here like donkeys in indian process. Indian process work culture is very bad.
