No exploration in the knowledge. Endless task that never to end. Due to this you can't get the chance to learn other department works so that you can explore your knowledge and grow in your career. Working in such department (Licensing) sounds like it is kind of RTO department but its work is totally different. Means you can't explain anyone what exactly this department works. There is no such department with this name in any Indian company. So it is a big challenge that you will find a suitable job profile for you after working in this department. The work will end with the shift hours is still a dream. Everyday you have to stretch 1 or 2 hours to complete your given taks. Company is very much serious about their meetings. They discuss in the meeting that what they have to discuss in the upcoming meeting and this will not count in your productivity....Read More
