Over all a good organisation But certain things which are missing is insecurity of the job & communication gap between teammates.

Very good organisation for learning & developing your self but some teammates create the insecurity among the employees for their job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
