HR makes fake promises when they do not know what the jo profile is. (Company should so called fire HR head)

Unprofessional management, Micro Management, Owner EGO , Delayed salary (next month 10th or even more delayed for no reason) Total outbound sale NO appraisal. NO job security, People are fired any time by Owner for no reason and no compensation. NO life and balance - 11 hours for 6 days. TOXIC WORK CULTURE.
