NOTHING TO LIKE IN THIS COMPANY, BUT TRANSPORTATION IS GUD

No job security, there policy is hire and fire. No career growth, A 85 years old men ruling this company who don't know nothing. Company importing illegally reagents without paying tax, Not paying landlord rent, not paying employees PF. So far from the city around 45 kilometers, every month hiring employees and firing

Every day tension, No job security , they can fire you anytime without any notice

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
