Founder was removed unlawfully and in court cases, There is no proper work culture, no proper hiring , random hiring leaded to removal of 50+ sales people. There is no supply chain management system Or process followed which leaded to unwanted expenses. I read all the reviews written here in the Ambition Box and ignored. To be honest, I wasn't affected by any of the reviews written here until all of a sudden, I got an Email saying I should write an Email of resignation. Not only me, about 30+ people received the same Email. No one was ready to rise their voice, alone I cannot fight, since I am from another place, I cannot stand for justice alone. during this pandemic, where should I go...? The company has unique products. As this is a startup the management is taking decisions due to covid. The policies have been implemented and have been followed by the employees for a fair, open and transparent work environment. Performance has been assessed based on the KRA's set by the department heads and as per the objectives of the company. During the situations like covid, the employee's were paid full salary . The fair treatment is given to all the employees of Biofi from the management & HR without any discrimination. Paid sick leave to the employees. Great initiative from the HR department for organizing employee engagement activities. The employees are friendly and understanding. Great place to work and talents are recognized....Read More

The company was running well before the 2019 pandemic. At the time of writing this review there is no job security, employees haven't been getting salary on time & people are being asked to take resignations.

The top level management is a mess. They simply do not know how to run a company. There is just no coordination between the departments. Unqualified people holding top posts without any working knowledge. They are churning out products that do not meet quality standards as a result of this.
