Founder was removed unlawfully and in court cases, There is no proper work culture, no proper hiring , random hiring leaded to removal of 50+ sales people. There is no supply chain management system Or process followed which leaded to unwanted expenses. There is no urgency to generate the revenue for the company and investors were pumping in the money and spoiled the company without plans. It is easy to coordinate with the departments and work. The management and the managers are down to earth people who can be contacted easily for any queries related to work or for personal reasons. Employees are given feedback about their performance to improve and the managers support the roadblocks. Sometimes employees take feedbacks personally. As this a growing company due to the business decisions the policies have been changing for the betterment of the company and to improve the work culture. The company has unique products. As this is a startup the management is taking decisions due to covid. The policies have been implemented and have been followed by the employees for a fair, open and transparent work environment. Performance has been assessed based on the KRA's set by the department heads and as per the objectives ofthe company. During the situations like covid, the employee's were paid full salary. The fair treatment is given to all the employees of Biofi from the management & HR without any discrimination. Paid sick leave to the employees. Management doesn't understand the basics of R&D and its requirements. Even a Management or admin person will dictate terms as how a product development has to be done. Work life balance is negative. Politics, a lot of politics is in the team which spoils the work culture. The company was running well before the 2019 pandemic. At the time of writing this review there is no job security, employees haven't been getting salary on time & people are being asked to take resignations.

The top level management is a mess. They simply do not know how to run a company. There is just no coordination between the departments. Unqualified people holding top posts without any working knowledge. They are churning out products that do not meet quality standards as a result of this. It is a waste of my time joining this company, and what I like is I enjoyed my time without doing any productive work here, but got salary correctly for 3 months..

If you want to survive in this company, you need to know how to butter the top management..no productive work, no proper sales strategy or clear communication, wasted management, asking false endorsement and showing false commitments from distributors, and I don't know why this is fake and how the management allows this to happen. Very much satisfied as part of this wonderful organization. Research and Development team along with other teams are striving hard to bring products which are very useful and can create wonders in the stream of medicine and lifestyle of individuals. With the line of products that Biofi has it is very evident that it can be pioneer in non invasive medical devices as a solution for health and life style related problems. Human resources team is doing a wonderful job in making the work life balance of employees very good. Salaries are always paid on time. Even during the COVID pandemic all the employees are paid fully where many employers paid their employees half or a part of their salaries.
