It's very good company. Biocon is such beautiful company never have anywhere else. But people are not behaving as good.

Managers and HOD are not listening and supporting team members queries and have to solve by polite way. But they are shouting and doing more politics. And important HR is not confidential and not supporting lower levels.

The company is not up to date in technology view. These peoples are still dependents on physical Paper documents. People are doing too many manual paper works but company use to say we are about to do automation infrastructure. First of all some of managers doesn't know the meaning of Digitalization.
