Likes

Worst management policy. Company focuses on quantity rather than quality. They require the product to be released at the expense of the employees personal life. There is no job security as well as I have seen people being terminated back to back. Appraisals are very poor.

Dislikes

Sufficient time for training is not provided for a new joinee. They will be pushed to the work soon as they join. Adequate infrastructure is not available in the laboratories for a person to work satisfactorily. Increments are calculated on the basic salary which is already too less.

Work Details

I had to multitask. I had to manage a team of 13 analysts and had to involve in their problem solving. Simultaneously I had to be available for the meetings and discussions. i got a good exposure to managing a big team but at the expense of personal life

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
