Only covid policies are followed but that also not proper way. Canteen area is good.

I have applied & chosen for other post & joined as another post. That is the main reason I don't like about that company. Continuous work load on weekends. They pay only Rs.300 or comp off for that. When we take comp. Off holiday they refused to give sign on leave form. Mobile phones are not allowed. There is no job security. There is system of exit pass. HOD is not available at the time of completion of working hours so we have to waiting for them for 1/2-1 hour around untill we get sign from them. Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. They give good salary and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
