Excellent team bonding and work culture. The company is always updated with the latest trends and also focuses on individual growth. Love the environment and team activities we have on Fridays. Exposure to work is very wide and you can stay in this company for a longer period.

The only good thing about this place is the work-life balance. You can log off at 6 pm from Monday to Friday. You will be involved in HR's random fun friday activities online which includes Poker and Themed music guessing. That's it!

Dislikes

Working here means being stuck with very old softwares and codes from the 2000s. You won't get to use new technologies because the management is afraid you'll leave. If you join "Harpreet's" team, things can get really bad, run for your life. He has favorites who get promoted often, and if you don't do well, you'll be threatened. If you need to leave for even a short time, you have to ask your team lead, explain why, and wait for permission. You also need to promise to work overtime as a compensation and show proof the next day. No matter how urgent your issue is, you can't leave without his permissions. In Harpreet's team, there's too much control and micromanagement. It's so stressful that it can give you nightmares. If you're new and can't handle a tough task, you'll be blamed and threatened. It's not a good place to learn or grow. If we try to give less rating anonymously against him, he himself calls each team member and try to figure out who has issues. This clearly indicates that no one will fear to say anything on his face, and he will escape the management saying that everyone is happy with him....Read More

Culture is awesome and people are very nice and helpful. Management team is in Canada and very approachable and very understanding. Very transparent company, good appraisals. Company giving WFH as well.
