Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Worst management experienced by many, when Aamir COO took over the position the Management has failed many promises to pay to their employees. Was good during before Aamir, now its too worst situation to continue the work in bimal. We used to get salary + incentives together till 2021, now all have changed & cut-down by the current management with same pressure of work.
