Worst work culture. We have to work under very unprofessional, unintelligent and below average seniors. Too much internal politics for such a small company. Literally nobody cares about work everyone just interest in gossiping and timepass.

No need of working extra hours, its a fixed time duty 9 to 6, Salaries for fresher are good, communication is improved, Director is friendly.

They will hire Engineers but the work is more like BPO & Data Entry, Strict timings, Saturdays are working, Growth is provided but u are wasting time because no field work, no knowledge gained in respective fields its just a desk job. Toxic Atmosphere created by Senior TL's who are wasting their years in same company.
