I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The management is most toxic management. CEO and company don't appreciate nothing that you do, even if you work hard and loyal for many years. Full drama everywhere. CEO talk bad about you to others and talk bas about others to you. It gets very bad. It is just copy paste job, you not going to learn anything. If you join, it will ruin your mind and career.

No need of working extra hours, its a fixed time duty 9 to 6, Salaries for fresher are good, communication is improved, Director is friendly.

Dislikes

They will hire Engineers but the work is more like BPO & Data Entry, Strict timings, Saturdays are working, Growth is provided but u are wasting time because no field work, no knowledge gained in respective fields its just a desk job. Toxic Atmosphere created by Senior TL's who are wasting their years in same company.
