Billroth RA PURAM is a like a second home. You can find great friendly colleagues and as an HR I feel attached to the top management also. I am free to access Head HR, CEO, CFO, Director, Medical Superintendent, Admin Manager easily. My Head HR Mam. Eva is like godmother. She gave mefull freedom to work independently with respect to the management. All the top management are well experienced and will guide more. I had an extreme freedom in my unit with the support of MS and AM. Everytime when I enter the office I feel like a home with my good hearted colleagues from the security guard, lift operators, receptionists, doctors, IT, accounts, maintenance, marketing, housekeeping, corporate relations, summary, physio, nutritionists, nursing professionals, stores, lab, pharmacy, ambulance drivers and other technical professionals. MS Dr. Puneet and MS Dr. Bharath were exceptional. Admin Manager Mr. Ravichandran was like my Teacher. He has his own great plans but sometimes I made him to listen mine also. This is entirely my opinion but my colleagues opinion may vary. Politics exists but it is just a dust when compared to daily routine. Dislikes

The only negative aspect of mine is salary and increment. They gave me 1000 rupees increment for 2yrs of service. I couldnt go for the next level with the low salary in fulfilling my personal requirements. Thats why I left 💔 and I failed to get proper increment for the hardworking employees.

Any hospital industry will question about the work life balance since we are working for 6 days in a week. Compact team. Leave will create disturbances in the workflow.

Freedom of work and freedom of expressions. high support from the top management when we take new initiatives.

Dislikes

no buddy program, hard for the new comers to adopt into the main stream culture. Old employees are insecure about their jobs, therefore no support from them for new comers to settle down. No initiatives have been taken for Work Life Balance of the employees.
