No respect More like a paid internship And no nobody gives a damn . They have got more quacks and bsc PA's in the place of medical officers, So they don't depend on actual doctors , just keeping them for name sake and exploits them badly.

Good platform for freshers

Dislikes

Daily basis they release the duty roster so you can't plan anything outside the lab. In other lab rotational shifts means one week you have morning, evening, and general. But here one day morning next day evening and the day after tomorrow you will totally different duty you will feel like your in the rollercoaster.
