Job security is excellent. In fact in this pandemic there was no salary cut and the salary was credited with no delay. The culture is good. The coworkers are helpful that's it.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very low and needs much more compensation. Salary structure needs to be improved.

Time to time work is done here. No night work culture though we work 6 days a week.
