The company does not have any particular structure, although this might look like a disadvantage but this also helps self starters a much higher reach without limitations as you do not have a restrictive mechanisms that come with layered institutions. If you are good at something there are no limits to the good work you can do.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Due to no clear career path the company only retains a very lathargic and sluggish experienced talent pool. The HR or any employee friendly policies are non existent which makes this a very boring place to work. You only find the mediocrity working here so any talented individual leaves in a short span of joining.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
