Timely salary (not as per the industry) but that also after draining the last ounce of energy & giving sleepless nights.

This is for Malad branch Worst organisation to work, no dignity to teachers, no clarity about anything, no proper management or planning, the leadership leaves the teachers in a void and teachers are made to look like fools before students and parents, classes are allotted just a day before the school begins, hence the teachers do not have time to prepare for the lectures. HR Ms Leena from the HO is the worst, has the audacity to insult the teachers during exit interviews instead of trying to retain them Teacher's having great calibre have already left the organisation due to mistreatment at the hands of the co-ordinators.
