There is no job security here. The company employers are unprofessional. I was forced to resign because the company founder, Girish Kumar, chose to side with a very toxic team leader. I had asked Girish for help after repeatedly trying to work healthily with my team leader, Kanishka, who felt threatened by me because I gave ideas and different ways of creating content. I had tried to reason with this team leader, but she only became more childish, claiming that I had a problem with her instructions. Girish agreed to look into the matter. However, he later asked me to leave, claiming that was the only option. I have still not received my full and final settlement, which was basically my April 2021 salary. Girish had told me that I will receive my settlement after I submit all office equipment. When I did that he stopped responding to my messages. The last I heard from him was in July.
