good job for youngsters , nice working place and upper management like MD , CMD visits store at least once a month , and share opportunities in stores .

festivals season like Diwali , raksha banadhan , etc duty timings will be 14 to 16 hrs and no extra money for that

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
