Poor people management. The hireing process is too slow, the can't give the replacement for the employer who is leaving. Insted the will split that employes work an ask the team to extend their work. They won't treat the people equally. The higher officials voice will be always high on the floor and treat people like anything without respect. Need to work extra 3-4 hours without any benefits. Need to support in all weekend and all government holidays without any benefits....Read More

Work policy: Daily 2 hours from home and 8 hours in office.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
