Firstly I am very thankful to my company for taking care of us employees and checking on us on regular basis. But due to pandemic and market situation I realized some colleague were asked to leave. Specifically there was one guy who was really occupied in work during pandemic and still was asked to leave suddenly which was shock to me. This was a shock as I feel management should have given him some time for this news and should have thought about him once as Sports team is very small and they are team who are almost very near to their sales target every year. Now I am on furlough from Aug till Sept end, I was prepared for this from April but now as on 1st Oct I dont know what is my status in company? what is going to happen to me ? Is my job still safe ? I have seen that connections are something which keeps job safe for people. I do not want to name people but have witnessed it, there is biasness in company. I was very proud when I joined BMS but since the beginning I noticed that connections work a lot here in BMS environment. I thought this will not affect me ever but there are things you cant ignore in your surrounding.

There is a lot to do like multitasking kind of thing for tech people. Collaborately working and finding solutions.

Unlike the big MNC's there are no skill development courses are for tech/non tech people and some teams have work while some teams taking all the benefits for only gossips and roaming.
