The work culture is good. Salary package is good. The atmosphere is lively and not very formal. You can dress as you want - no dress code at work. Appraisals are done every year in March with fair hike in salary.

There are no incentives/bonuses, only apprisals once a year which is also decreased considerably over the past few years. Incase you choose to work in the customer service team, you may get opportunities to grow within the team, but you cannot apply for job postings in other departments of the company. Growth is very slow. Managers lack management skills, partial behaviour towards certain people. You have to work on all Public holidays and take those leaves on some other weekday. No extra pay/benefits for working on Public Holidays and festivals. No outing sponsored by company.. no benefits at all except that you're getting salary. Thats it!!...Read More

Worklife at Bookmyshow is just fine. The more you work, the more they get things done from you. The less you work, no one will question you for it. Most of times you are needed to work after shift hours with no benefits/overtime pay. Work is monotonous.

There is a lot to do like multitasking kind of thing for tech people. Collaborately working and finding solutions.

Unlike the big MNC's there are no skill development courses are for tech/non tech people and some teams have work while some teams taking all the benefits for only gossips and roaming.
