Additionally, In our efforts to create a well-rounded work experience, we organize events such as Fun Fridays, celebrations, and team lunches. These activities serve as a break from the routine, strengthening connections and camaraderie among team members. On the technology front, innovation is at the heart of who we are. We continuously stay up-to-date with the latest tech stacks and regularly host knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging technology trends and AI. BigStep has not experienced any mass layoffs. We are proud of our strong employee retention, with many team members having been with us since the company's inception.
