This is to inform that, this company is having very toxic culture. first of all both the directors are having affairs with the employee .... and Hr, others who are engaged with her is always into partiality... lots of members are out from bigbull due to politics which is played by both the directors and hr.... even the directors does't give any valid point when they are terminating the employees. This company has some serious issues. The entire management lack knowledge in their role. There are inappropriate behaviours in the office. People working there engage in personal relationships.
