Likes

When I was working in big bazar I fell my job secure and my family also secure and I spent time with my family. The culture is very good and I was happy but I have only single problem that is salary. Salary is too loo as a department Manager need.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
