I have learned the many things during my work period in the Big bazaar, such like as Punctuality, Self Integrity, Customer service skills etc.

Dislikes

when I had worked in Big bazaar retail store only one thing dislike during my job period that is customer service, main reason was Items price Miss match. Many times i saw customer was irritated. Reason : Price not properly updated in the POS. This is the Fault of Management, but the front desk person was given to the solve this issue.

I have spent the 2yrs & 6 months in the big bazaar retail store. This is the good work place in my life. over all the staff very good behavior with me and I also with him respect. I learnt many good things during my job period.

Shift timming of the company and the training session of the company was to good what means in a retail sector we get to learn to deal the customer directly.

Dislikes

Growth and increments were so bad that I can't explain about it. To be honest it's an companies were we have to work just like an animal's without any growth increments and also any complaints.

My role in that companies is as a CASHIERS(billing executive) means after doing it's all shopping a customer will come to billing contour I have to make a bill of its product by describing all the discount on the it's and also convens them to be a member
