The only thing I liked about this company that you get good knowledge and experience of politics here.

Dislikes

Management: Dictatorship overpowered the management and killed it. Salary: salary is never fixed here, you won’t get to know about your deductions. Appointment/joining letter: well!! What are we talking about!! You will never get these documents here. Leave policy: no leave policy here. Work 30 days a month or get ready for deductions. Job satisfaction: nill Job security: terminations are given here on WhatsApp group with humiliation. Working environment: Your confidence will suffocate here. Grievance reporting: Do not dare to report something, else your job will be in grave. Working profile: not fixed. Every next month you will get new job profile To work on, so it’s never fixed here. So, if you are planning to shift for this company, please don’t. It’s better to stay at home jobless and do some research rather than wasting your talent here in this company which has no management....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
