Management: Dictatorship overpowered the management and killed it. Salary: salary is never fixed here, you won’t get to know about your deductions. Appointment/joining letter: well!! What are we talking about!! You will never get these documents here. Leave policy: no leave policy here. Work 30 days a month or get ready for deductions. Job satisfaction: nill Job security: terminations are given here on WhatsApp group with humiliation. Working environment: Your confidence will suffocate here. Grievance reporting: Do not dare to report something, else your job will be in grave. Working profile: not fixed. Every next month you will get new job profile To work on, so it’s never fixed here.
