BHUTANI's hiring process is very worst. Very unprofessional and irresponsible management and HR team. Despite clearing all rounds including assignment, when it comes to a CTC discussion, the HR informed me that they don't have a budget to hire me, while I was very clear about the CTC expectation from the first conversation and HR was okay with that.
