There are very few things people will learn there. Working culture and growth is based on flattery. one has to work in rotatable shifts. No one is concerned about learning and growth. they only want is higher production.

Dislikes

Terrible experience after working here. The increment is always below 1k and sometimes below 500 rs. the food is of very cheap quality.

teammates were good but proper training culture is poor and salary is so poor so as increment also so poor which is so low ,innovation is average and work environment average politics was common here in every department it happen

Company’s Work environment is awesome and it provides very excellent facilities of food & lodging fully furnished. Job security is another aspect I like most about it. And it is best of GET/DET as Bhushan is good in giving training.

I have with bhushan steel it was good experience to work , teammates are good. In Bhushan steel all auto grade steel processing done, it is good for all respect to auto But in Tata steel working in system no work should be done passing health, safety and environment. Target, Annual business plans are defined at every work center.

When I worked in Bhushan steel. It is not good environment because some groups was made by the seniors. It is challenging to work. But I think now Tata steels has purchased it. May be environment of work is better.
