When i compare my previous company and their benefits it was far better and i feel i am regretting joining this company. There is no work life balance and no consideration for the employees benefits. The recent example i will give you is about the Maharashtra Elections holiday on 20th November 2024. This holiday since government made it compulsory Bhilosa gave and in return they called their employees on a non working Saturday which is 23rd November 2024. This is total exploitation culture company follows. They did not even think how can people work for 4 Saturdays in a row and the elections were not for holiday or leisure but a duty towards the nation but they choose to disrespect the national duty and ask their staff to work on non working Saturday that too upto illogical 4 pm. There is no respect for anyone’s time and no work life balance. Always late sitting and no benefits for late coming due to that. No travel allowances or any other perks or facilities.
