Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I loved this company for they are handled purely Mechanical based work ( Battery Project). Also loved for its infrastructure at Bhilai.

Dislikes

Kolkata office setup is very small & always tend to shift people head office (Bhilai). The salary structure is not well, increments are not given every year. One more thing there are duty hrs 6 days a week.
